ABP Cut Glass Salt & Pepper Shaker Set with Sterling Silver Lids

Being offered is angreat set ofABPcut glass salt & pepper shakers with sterling screw down lids. The shakers are cut in a repeating step cut. Each shaker retains their original screw down lids that are marked \"STERLING\" and next to that, the intertwined letters \"WS\" for Wilcox Silver Co. The sterling lids are tarnished and each lid has small dents and bends to them. The cut glass shakers are in very good, usable condition and exhibit the typical signs of usage like a fewsmall nicks on some ofthe corners and a very shallow flake on the bottom of one of theshakers and another shallow flake on the top of the other one which is concealed by the lid when screwed in place. They both shakers willstilldisplay well in your collection or on the table. Please review the photographs above and below.

Measurements: With their lids on, each shaker is approximately 2 1/2 inches in height. They are about 1 1/2 inches wide at the bottom.

Condition: As noted above in the description, each shaker has one shallow surface chip in different locations. Being use over the years, they each have tiny fleabites andnicks in the decorationsand light scratches on the bottom. The sterling lids have some bends and dents. Both lids are tarnished and can use polishing. Overall, they are still in great serviceable or collectible condition. Both will display well on the table or in a collection. Please remember that you are buying anantique cut glass salt and pepper shaker set. You should expect to find some wear fromusage. We do our best to mention any issues, especially abuse to each item we sell.

PLEASENOTE: We haveincluded photographs of a vase that shows our salt & pepperwith vaseswitha similar pattern called \"Tiffany\". We found this \"Tiffany\" pattern intwo Dorflinger cut glassbooks from the library.We believe this cut glass set may have been made and cut by renown cut glass maker Dorflinger. If they are Dorflinger, the pattern name would probably be \"Tiffany\" as stated in the illustrations in the books. Since neither one of the shakers are signed or marked, we will leave it up to the buyer to decide if they are or not. If you know something about these that we don\'t, please contact us.
