Reminiscent of Max Ernst or Yves Tanguy. Almost Surrealist in form. Biomorphically gestural yet completely nonobjective.Oil painting on stretched canvas.Initialed at lower right corner \"HFG\". Signature and date written on back of canvas \"H.F. Garner 1983\".Painting in excellent vintage condition. Simple Modernist black wood frame in very good condition, with some rub marks.
