About the Artist:
HélèneHowse, (née Morand) was born in St. Lô, France in 1944, married and came to Britain in 1963, and has lived in Swindon since 1972.\"Always fascinated by the magic of colours, I studied art in France but painting became a passion that changed my life in many ways in 1995 after a period of private tuition from a gifted artist, an ex-Head of Art and Design with Swindon College. I have since held several solo exhibitions both in France and England.\"
