Despite the sweltering conditions in Sepang,Valentino’s new AGV Pista GP R helmet features sometypically wintry elements.
Designed as a snow globe, the helmet pays homage to the Doctor’s hometown, Tavullia,with its picturesque, snowy landscape depicted in miniature and enclosed inside a crystalball.
The left side of the visor features road signs from his native town and the local speed limit,whichis naturally 46 km/h.
On the front of the helmet, next to the town hall and wall adorned with the OfficialFan Club banner,is the tricolour AGV logo, a distinctive element which, for over 20 years now, hasaccompanied Valentino throughout his amazing career .
On the chin guard, the legendary number 46 in fluorescent yellow overlapsthe wooden base of the snow globe,which encircles the head of thenine-time World Champion up to the “Biplano” spoiler.
