This unused giant American Flag was recently discovered in the attic of the family home. It is the biggest Flag I have ever seen up close. I unfolded it for the first time to photograph it and it is so big the only way I could think of to display it was to cover a bed with it. It is NOT being used as a bedspread. It\'s just THAT BIG! I measured it at 57\" x 114\", and have folded it up and put it back in its original box from the Veterans Admin. It was made by the VALLEY FORGE Flag CO INC in Spring City, PA. My father was in WWII so I can only assume this was sent to him by the VA when we became a 50-state country. It is constructed from 100% cotton bunting. The label also reads \"BEST\". There are some brown age spots around the label area from storage for decades in the attic, but I am not attempting to clean them up for fear of damaging the material. I will leave that to the professionals. It is otherwise in excellent unused condition. Thanks for looking.
