You are offerdingon a large and rare [MANUSCRIPT] undated Bible Scroll, from the book of Numbers. The scroll came from Babylon (Iraq) and is Handwritten in the original HebrewScript on soft, thick deer parchmentand is approximately 150-250 yrs old. The scroll has a warm brown color this color is due to the process used in making the scroll, this process ages to a deeper color over the centuries. Scrolls of this type are no longer made and the process for making these distinctive scrolls has been lost over the centuries. Scrolls of this age are seldom seen or available and extremely important for its rarity of the earliest examples of the Babylon tradition. The present scroll offered is a witness to the various Babylon customs & traditions concerning its letters, and as a whole, the writing of a Torah. The Scroll considering its age is well preserved and in good condition, the text is clear and readable and will stay beautiful with care for centuries to come.
