This is an antique silverplate Victorian or Art Nouveau repousse floral etched mustache cup or shaving mug. It is made by the Forbes Silver Co. On one side are etched I initials, looks like PS to PM. or something similar. The brush holder is movable for using the shaving brush. Condition is very good but there is a lot of plate missing or needs a lot of polishing, I didn\'t try to clean it. There is wear and a little corrosion on the inside as seen in the 7th photo.
