This appears to be a Japanese Ivory study of mice or rats invading a rice bag. Great detail, approximately 5cm high and roundish 5cm in diameterA nice piece, I have no real idea as to its age. I used the hot pin test to see if it was plastic but it didn\'t sink in. I believe it may be \'faux ivory although it is quite heavy and of course the staining could have been added.It was bought at a country sale.
