Gorgeous, antique 1876 handcolored map. This is an antique map and not a reprint or reproduction. The superb handcoloring is period to the map, this before color printing, large fine map titled New York by Frank A. Gray, with inset maps of Niagara River and Vicinity, Vicinity of New York and at right Map of the Hudson River to Saratoga Springs, amazing map as well. At upper left hand side is a detailed Explanation chart corresponding to the map itself. On verso are attached some antique newspaper articles and 2 patriotic USA art images in color, very nice. The map has a couple small clean tears at extreme outside edge, I neatly repaired with archival tape. The map is from the rare 1876 Everts, Ensign and Everts Atlas of Broome County New York . The map is in nice condition, and would frame and display beautifully. The size of the map is 17\" by 27\". Rare. Winning buyer pays $4.00 shipping domestic, more foreign.
