Here is an excitingopportunity to own a piece of Disneyana history. This exceptionally rare lead Mickey Mouse figure dates from the early 1930\'s. This antique isBritish in origin (it was purchased from afine antiques dealer in London many, many years ago),and has amore crude rat-like depiction of the Disney character.One reason this figure is so rare is that it has 5 fingers, and Mickey Mouse has always had 4 fingers. His face shows wonderful small teeth in his smile - another rarity on Mickey Mouse figures.
The piece has some but minimal paint loss for its age, and the paint is still shiny and vibrant. Mickey\'s signature yellow shoes are complemented by his blueshorts andpink bow. He stands with his hands on his hips.
