This is avery well executed 19th Century still life of fruit in a flow blue porcelain bowl on a table oil on canvas from a very old estate. It is 18 1/2\" by 22\" and is signed on lower left. I can not read signature. It features a melon, peaches and grapes in background on a pedestal. It looks like a bottle of wine in the left background. I will try to note condition now. I see a top left grain if rice size touch up area in background. A 5/8\" by 3/8\" area in the fruit where the canvas is thread bare. Atiny pinhead thread bare spot below that. Also a 1/4\" bottom center tear. There are afew areas of paint loss also. All in all a painting in good condition for its age. It is beautifulin person. It has no frame.Thanks for looking.
