Nice estate collection clock from Ansonia Clock Company of New York ~ time and strike mantel or parlor clock ~ cast iron in the Calais model circa 1904. Case is in fine condition with expected age wear. Brass ormolu enhancements are in fine condition with expected age wear and patina. Nice convex glass bezel is in good condition...opens and closes on a good hinge. Back side of the case exhibits a black finish tin movement cover...opens and closes properly. The clock could use a good internal cleaning of the brass gears. The clock has not been wound but is in original condition. Measures in at about 13 & 1/2\" tall. Ask questions if you have them...will be carefully packed and shipped promptly upon confirmation of your payment. Remember this clock is over 100 years old.
