ANTIQUE ART DECO 18K WHITE GOLD DIAMOND 3-ROW WIDE BAND ETERNITY RING c1930:

A superb quality antique, probably English, Art Deco period, solid 18 carat gold eternity ring. Beautifully made, with wide band design and set with two rows of thirty-three single-point brilliant cut white diamonds flanking a third row of twenty-one three-point diamonds. Taken together there\'s more than a carat and a quarter of diamonds. It dates from around the 1930\'s and isinexcellent, fully wearablecondition throughout, with no loss or damage but evidence of an old resizing - a good job and only noticeable when you look for it - I\'ve taken close-up pictures to show the extent, naturally it looks worse in these pictures than in real life. It weighs 4.2 grams, measures 7 mm wide and its ring size is 4 ½ US / I ½ UK. It would be possible in theory to resize this but it\'d need to be done by a very good jeweller who has experience with antiques. The final photo shows it with a US penny (1 cent) coinfor scale, which measures19mm/ ¾ of an inchdiameter.
