This listing is for Vintage Late Edwardian to early Art Deco period diamond engagement ring. This ring is crafted of solid 18k White Gold and has a wonderful intricate filigree setting with beautiful blossoms on each side that doesn\'t show any wear whatsoever. The diamond is a more contemporary .30 carat (1/3) round brilliant cut with a VVS clarity and F/G color ~ stone is spectacular. Inside the shank is hallmarked \"18k\" and dates to the 1910-20\'s Art Deco period. Diamonds are very difficult to photograph, so I have shown the ring in different lighting and what the diamond looks like under a 20 mag jewelers loupe ~ most jewelers use a 10.
In some of the photos, the diamond reflects the camera. It\'s currently a size 7 1/2 but can be sized up or down by a jeweler. The squared face of the ring measures 10mm square to give an idea of size of setting and weighs 2.4 grams. Its in excellent condition and comes in a new black velvet gift box.
