You are offerding on a C. Ketterer Paris 7693 Clock movement! This is obviously for parts or restoration. The face is cracked and missing hands, the movement appears to move. I rocked the pendulum mechanism back and forth and everything seemed to advance like it should. I am no expert so please look closely at the pictures and ask questions. The outer case looks to be in great conidtion. I only have what you see in the pictures. I picked this up at a recent estate sale. The pictures say the rest.
