My photos do not do this light justice. It is a deep, yet delicate chartreuse color with brown highlighting the deeply embossed designs. This is a striking light. I see no chips or breaks. There is one flaw, which I believe was part of the manufacturing process. Please see photos. This is almost imperceptible when the light is in use. The light has a current drop of 32\". The globe itself measures 6 1/2\" deep and has a bottom opening diameter of 8\".
