Superb Edward VII Hallmarked Solid Silver Mounted Leather Wallet Made ByCharles Penny Brown
Description -Splendid antique early 20th century brown leatherwallet of rectangular form with with solid silver mounted top corners.
Opens up to reveal leather and silk interior with two money/ calling pockets and two stamp compartments,
The solver mounts are both fully hallmarked anchorfor Birminghamassay, lion passant indicating 925 grade solid sterling silver, date letter \"g\" for the year 1906 and the maker\'s mark \"C P B\" which is Charles Penny Brown\".
Condition - Generally in good age related condition there are a few dints to the mounts, a light surface stain to to exterior leather, the interior leather is in good order but the silk lining is ripped (please inspect endphotographs)
Dimensions & Weight -10.5cm long x 6.7cm wide.
