This is a vintage, charming and elegant cameo ring set in 10 karat yellow gold.
This beautiful shell cameo is hand carved in a oval shape and bordered in a raised double bridged 10k yellow gold frame. It is 3/4\" long x 1/2\" wide. It is in good estate condition with no chips or cracks.
The ring is a size 7.5 but can be enlarged or made smaller by a competent jeweler.
It is a dainty, delicate design with a simplistic detailed elegance. It weighs 3.7 grams.
