This sale is for this Awesome Antique French Cast Bronze and Marble Clock Case.

A pair of wonderfully detailed Bronze figurines are the main feature of this old case, the first is a woman that is carrying a vessel full of water on her shoulder and holding a dipper at her side, she looks like she is used to hard work, I call her the water maid. The man has that distinguished gentleman look and he appears to be a peddler selling fresh birds from his satchel. The Bronze clock housing is elaborately decorated and very ornate, the bottom base is wood and the clock housing is resting on two black marble pedestals.

Case is being sold for parts or repair, it has no Clock Movement and some damage to the top of the clock housing, figures have been reattached in the past and some attaching hardware has been replaced or modified, some ornamentation is missing, please look at all the pics what you see is what you will get.

Clock case base measures approx 10 by 5 & 1/2 inches, clock housing measures approx 6 & 1/2 inches wide by 7 & 1/2 inches high (including the finial) by 3 & 3/4 inches deep, Clock opening is about 3 & 1/2 inches in diameter. Case weighs almost 15 pounds.
