A LONDON 1834 HALLMARKED 18CT GOLD LADIES RING INSET WITH A GENUINE RUBY AND 2 ROWS OF OLD CUT GENUINE DIAMONDS SURROUNDING.
THE RING IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION FOR ITS AGE. THERE IS A SMALL RESIZING REPAIR TO THE BOTTOM AND IT REQUIRES A LIGHT CLEAN BUT THERE IS NO SERIOUS DAMAGE.
THE DIAMONDS ARE QUITE DEEP CUT AND THEY SPARKLE NICELY.
THE TOP OF THE RING IS QUITE HEAVY AND THE FINGER SIZE IS APPROXIMATELY N OR 6 ¾ (US) BUT IT IS NOT A PERFECT CIRCLE SO I CANNOT MEASURE IT EXACTLY.
THE RING COMES WITH AN ANTIQUE BOX AND IT DATES TO THE ERA OF WILLIAM IV.
