ANTIQUE BISQUE HEAD 27 INCH GERMAN DOLL!Beautifully painted Bisque Socket Head.Composition Body.She has sleep eyes, brush upper eye lashes, painted upper and lower lashes, feathered eyebrows.(Please Note: The left eye brush eyelash is damaged in the middle--missing some lashes). Open mouth, 4 upper teeth, ears, dimple in chin, rosy cheeks.Blue glass sleep eyes.Long brown braided hair which is glued to her head.On backside of head is \"GERMANY, Made Germany, 61\".Composition ball and jointed body.She is approximately 27 inches tall.The body appears to be taped together above her stomach and below her chest.
I am not pulling tape off to see what the situation is .Could Possibly this doll\'s body have come in two halves???
Did someone saw her in half? The cut appears to be even as it encircles her body. The answer according to an er is he was made that way as she at one time had a Cryer inside. It no longer works if still there.Big toe area of one foot is damaged as shown.There is a crack on one arm as shown.There is discoloration here and there on composition--especially legs and arms.Also, there is some crackling on composition.Her head is beautiful with no apparent cracks.I do not know the maker. Could she possibly be a Gebruder Kuhnlenz doll??She is dressed in what appears to be original antique white cotton dress
Which is fraying and has worn areas and holes here and there as shown from age.
She has a full slip, pantalones, stockings, shoes.She is Sold In AS IS Condition which appears to be very good considering age.
