This is a lovely antique hallmarked solid sterling silver cigarette box measuring 5" (13 cms) across x 3 1/2" (9 cms) x 1 3/4" (4.5 cms) high and hallmarked for London 1907 with the silvesmiths mark for Charles & George Asprey and is also marked Asprey, London. The silver is in very good condition with just a couple of small marks and has polished up beautifully and though it was originally made to take cigarettes it would also make a great trinket/desk top box. It is still nice and strong, inside is nice and clean and it weighs 438 grams - please scroll down to see photos and email if you have any queries - all questions will be answered between 9 am and 5 pm Mon - Fri, UK time.
