There is some wear on the paint. The wind-up is working, but the batter has been turned away from the ball. He will need to be adjusted. This toy is from the early 1920\'s. The base is approx. 6 1/2\" x 3 1/2\". It is approx. 7\" high. (Please see photos for more details).
