Offered is a very attractive Russian silver canister. Hallmarked on the body, underneath, top and bottom rims with Imperial Russian hallmarks. Made in the beautiful Art Nouveau movement design, this piece is circa early 1900\'s. Beautiful hand chased floral, gilt designs on matte finished silver. Heavily gilt interior. Maker is Cyrillic initials A.E., inside the kokoshnik there are initials I.L. for assayer Ivan Lebedkin. Also remarked with Soviet silver hallmarks later on. Measures 4.5\" tall x 3.5\" wide. Weight is 7.3 troy ounces. Piece is in superb condition. This gorgeous Russian cann has never been offered on the market and on for the first time!
