Antique BLACK FOREST BEAR WITH FISH AND TWO PLAYFUL CUB BEARS!

It appears BASE AND LARGE BEAR AND FISH IS ONE ONE PIECE WOOD!

Two cubs appear to be attached (or secured?) to base but same tones and piece of wood.

please notice last photo with details of fish. It appears he is tail/back fan is missing but I believe it may be the nature of the wood and was never there(?)
