With much pleasure we are happy to offer today a rare collectors Limoges Oyster Plate

We are offering this magnificent antique French Limoges T& V 5 well handpainted oyster plate from our private collection.

The plate is beautifully hand painted with gold leaved seashells.

Beautiful 5 well oyster plate, marked Tressemann & Vogt Limoges France, with a mark dating ca. 1892-1907. The piece also bears the mark of the American importing company in New York. The wells are in the shape of seashells.

The plate is in great condition considering it\'s anywhere from 106-121 years old!. It is hand decorated with sponged gold on the scalloped border and gold leaves in the center. The gold is still in great condition. If you collect oyster plate this is a striking example.

Measures 8 1/4\" diameter

Signed Limoges France and is in very good antique condition.

We inspect all pieces yet sometimes it is possible that we may have missed a flaw. We try our very best to give a complete description.

All ouritemssuch as porcelain or glass are wrapped in new tissue paper and then wrapped again with new bubble wrap. When boxing sometimes wemay include double boxing in any case all items are securely separated and protected. All items over $50.00 will be insured and are calculated in the shipping. Weconsider packing, materials, shipping, and mailing to be a part of our business. Wedo not justify extra costs to buyers because of our careful, secure packing.
