This is an antique mid to late 1800\'s piano stool made by Lyon & Healy, Chicago. Seat is no good condition with no cracks, 14 1/2\" in diameter& a smooth worn finish as if it had a cover. Base 13\" x 13\" x 16\" with 4 eagle claw feet & clear glass balls is also good with the legs & cross pieces allsolid with no cracks. The finish on the base needs to be stripped as it\'s crinkled as pictured, probably from age. There are wire braces holding the 4 legs solid & looks to have been there for some time. Lyon & Healy made piano\'s & other musical instruments in the 1800\'s & had a big firein 1871. This is original & came from an estate sale.
