ANTIQUE NIPPON CAKE SERVING PLATE PIERCED HANDLES BLUE FLOWER CROWN MARK VINTAGE:

Beautiful, old, turn of the century plate, pre 1918. This piece is inexcellent condition, especially when you consider that it is almost 100 years old. Hand painted blue flowers with green leaves, outlined in black. Pale yellow band around rim.Gold verge and rim.Measures 9 3/4\" in diameter. No chips, cracks or crazing. The odd small, light surface scratch, nothing excessive. Minor wear to gold. White area at top of plate is a reflection of the flash, not wear. Only other imperfections are those tiny dark spots that are a manufacturing flaw and are commonly found in this type of porcelain. Stampedhand painted in red, and has a green Crown logo, as well as the word NIPPON.
