ESTATE SALE

Up for your consideration is a beautiful antique Pairpoint Mfg. Co Quadruple Plate bowl. It stands approximately 51/4\" tall and has inside dimensions of about 9 1/8\" x 6\". This bowl is footed and was part of a large estate being liquidated at this store.

I polished it some, but I am leaving the rest of the polishing to the new owner due to large number of pieces I have to polish.

Marked with the makers mark \"Pairpoint Mfg. Co. Quadruple Plate 4794.\" It also has a \"P\" inside of a diamond.

Pairpoint Mfg. Co. began in New Bedford, MA in 1880. It was started by William L. Libbey. I do not know the exact age of this item, but due to the history of manufacturing at the company I believe it dates 1880-1938 at the latest, but probably from 1880-1899.
