I am very pleased to offer this solid brass, matching door knob set from the Public School system of New York. These antique door knobs measure approx. 1 7/8\" Wide x 2 1/2\" Long and weighs 1.1 lbs. A 3/8\" cast iron spindle connects the two and its span is adjustable. Each is beautifully embossed with relief lettering \"Public School~City of New York\" surrounded by ornate scroll work. Overall, this set has been well preserved showing minimal wear commiserate with age and use with a deep patina. Can be fully functional or will display nicely as is. Offered without a Reserve! These antique door knobs measure approx. 1 7/8\" Wide x 2 1/2\" Long and weighs 1.1 lbs. A 3/8\" cast iron spindle connects the two and its span is adjustable. Overall, this set has been well preserved showing minimal wear commiserate with age and use with a deep patina. Can be fully functional or will display nicely as is.
