The back has a handwritten program for \"Union Defenders Day\", dated Feb 13, 1914 -- It\'s unclear exactly what the program is honoring. I found several references that this could be related to:

1) Union Defenders Day could be something organized by th Son\'s of Union Veterans, because there is a reference in the program, to \'Comrades of GAR\'.

2)Lincoln\'s Birthday observed on the anniversary of Abraham Lincoln\'s birth on February 12, 1809, in Kentucky, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, and New York.
