Here we have an antique from cira 1950 made in Brazil. This is one of the nicest specimens of Blue Morpho butterfly wing art \" The Last Supper\" Jesus andchis apostles. The whole background of the picture is filled with butterfly wings. There must be hundreds of them, Blue Morpho is only one of the specimens of butterfly to complete the picture.
The lavish colors throughout.
Back of the frame has original stamp and paper backing is a little ripped, the wood frame in front has 3 small broken spots and age cracks but over all still looks amazing. The middle bottom part of the picture has some damage, it looks like the wings have couple of wholes, but it\'s hard to notice that right away.
Some use it as a tray, but honestly it is an work of art that deserve to be display as one.
Measures 20\" L x 14\" H.
