This listing is for an antique Liberty Root Beer syrup dispenser used in soda fountains and country stores. The dispenser measures 14 inches or 35 cm high.
The dispenser is actually a wooden barrel and top with a ceramic insert and a spout for dispensing the syrup. The barrel is 9 inches in diameter and is made of many wood staves held in place by six brass barrel bands. The dispenser has it\'s original labels front and back. The front of the barrel has a nickeled brass pull out dispenser. The barrel sits on it\'s three original animal paw feet.
The condition is as about as good as one could find for this dispenser. It is in original unpolished and unaltered condition. Both labels are strong. The pottery insert has a hairline, minor, in that the vessel does not leak even when filled with water. Please refer to the photos. A neat thing!
