I would have called this fluted carriage vase excellent, but there is a small scratch and a few tiny spots in the ruby flash. Otherwise, there are no problems at all. It has very deep color, and a scalloped rim with gold accents It is an unusual souvenir from Melville, North Dakota, an unincorporated community in Foster County, on U.S. Route 51/281. Melville was established in 1882 by Howard Melville Hanna, and is the oldest town in Foster Co. Please let the pics be your guide when offerding.Please email for more pics or information.
