Antique Spode Plate (Spode Stone China)*Willis*Pattern No. 2147A Printed, Painted & Gilded Patternwith Gold Fleur-de-Lys BandScalloped EdgeDated C. 1813-1822

A Beautiful Plate - Printed and then Hand Painted & Gilded in the *Willis* Pattern No. 2147 - an Orient Inspired Pattern with Colourful Trees, Flowers, Foliage and a Butterfly. Enhanced with a Gold Fleur-de-Lys Band around the Centre. The outer edge is a Scalloped Shape.

Condition:In Excellent Antique condition with no chips, cracks or restorations. The Hand Painted Decoration and Gilding is Clear and Vibrant. There are some fine hairline surface scratches. There is wear and tear to the decoration of the Butterfly. The Glaze to the outer edge of the centre is worn in places and there is scuffing around the shoulder of the plate.

Backstamp:This piece has a full \'Spode Stone China\' Black Backstamp together with handwritten pattern No. \'2147\' and the Workman\'s Marks
