Original vintage watercolor painting on paper, signed by the artist in monogram. Painting dates to 1933, but there is no date written. I went to the women\'s estate sale and this was in her art portfolio with her full name and a date of 1933. Condition is fair to good showing some age, with some creases in blank margins, some small tears on edges, and some distressing. Actual image of painting is in good clean condition. Perfect for the shabby chic decor. Artist is Mary Dalton of Winchester, MA. Overall size is 9 by 12 inches which includes background. Approximate size of painting image is 6 inches by 6 inches.
