DESCRIPTION:

Antique Victorian Gesso Frame with beautiful Pear & Berries Motif.
I\'ve been collecting frames for a long time and this piece is unusual (colors and motifs applied) and so exquisite.
Condition is very nice and 95% intact; i just re-looked at it and there are a handful of small pieces of Gesso missing. Most substantial one is in upper corner (left side...if hanging it horizontally) that is about the width of your two fingernails...probably 1/2 inch at most. Of course, you could hang it vertically and have that chip facing down to minimize. They personally don\'t bug me.
Gorgeous beautiful piece.
Measures 23 1/4\" x 31 1/4\" across.
