VICTORIAN SOLID SILVER HUNTING DOGS BROOCH A/F,

FULL HALLMARK ON SILVER FOR CHESTER 1897,

ONE DOGS TAIL MISSING AND BOTTOM PART -

-OF ONE LEG ON THE SAME DOG, also one dent

on dog, this brooch was far to superb not to list even

with the damage, i have come across this lovely

pair of fantastic detailed hunting dogs from 1897

with great hallmark on back of brooch. the maker

mark A.J.C. then the lion stamp mark for silver

chester hallmark and the letter 0 for 1897, early

antique solid silver hunting dogs brooch i thought

someone may want even with the damage, again

one tail is broken off and only a tiny bit remains &

the same dog is missing bottom part of the one leg,

\"the craftsmanship and sheer detail of this lovely

pair of hunting dogs brooch is just beautiful, very

well made brooch from a bygone era, the dent in

the back of the dog is not any worse than photos

show, many photos on this listing i wanted to show

the detail of the damage as well, the pin is original

and all working fine, a simple c clasp pin brooch,

lastly i have not cleaned or polished the silver at all,

most of the items i sell are vintage and with age

there sometimes will be age marks & just general
