It is a pleasure to offerOriginal c.1860 Victorian Tooled Leather with Brass Clasp Photo Album with 50 Photographs,which is a part of several antique photo albums we are in the process of listing on (please see our other items). The album, originally belonging to Mrs. Oscar Maples of Central New York area, consists of 25 pages containing 50 photographs (7 Tintypes and 43 CDVs) of Mrs. Maples family and friends, with many photos of children (please see pictures). It is 5 3/4 inches tall, 5 inches across and 2 1/4 inches thick.
The album is in Very Good condition: Clean and Firm with some rubbing to the extremities, shown in pictures.Overall this is an outstanding specimen of original Victorian, tooled leather photo album.
