~ IN AS FOUND CONDITION~This item comes from an estate of a dentist who graduated from Northwestern University in 1936. He and his wife were both dentists and had dental practices in Chicago, Illinois.Very rare 1900-1920s pre early art deco old original \'\'PAYMENTS MADE AS WORK PROGRESSES\'\' reverse painted and silver foil glass wall hanging sign. I\'ve only been able to locate ONE other one just like this one and would consider it a scarce one of a kind. it is in exceptionally great condition for its age. The glass itself measures 8\" x 3\" with original hanging chain attached at top. An extremely difficult to find item with authentic nostalgic antique character.I DO NOT CLEAN OR RECONDITION ITEMS THAT I LIST.
