You are looking at an antique Marx Turnover Tank No. 3. I wound it up and it moved and the bar at the bottom goes out. I was afraid to over wind it, so I did not wind it enough to have it try to flip over. I think there are supposed to be some sort of guns on at least one side that are not there. It seems to be in pretty nice shape with a few small dents and dings as well as some small spots of tarnishing. It is about 8” long x 4” tall.
