Antique old wooden shafted Dominie putter by William Gibson with his \'Star\' cleekmark. Nice heavy smaller mallet type putter. I\'m not sure if this was a patent design or not. No hosel pin is detectable. Mottled gray/brown patina throughout. No rust or pitting. Leading edge and face show just a few scant play nicks. Sole stamped, \'Hand Forged in Scotland.\' The shaft is very likely an original and remains straight. No chips or cracks in shaft. Total club length at 34 3/4 inches.
