BEAUTIFUL true vintage skirt, made around 1900. Skirt of jet black silk, hook and eye closing to front side, silk velvet ribbon trim, pleats across the rear, very pretty pleated ruffle around the bottom. It\'s a wow!
Size not marked, PLEASE check measurements! waist 26\", length from waist to hem 37\".
Condition is very good on the bottom half, see photos, one tear, spots at the bustle area, waist band has damage. Would be great made shorter or into a cape.
