This is a fantastic antique watercolor painting of George Washington\'s headquarters located in Frederick,MD during the civil war. The painting is by listed American New York artist Seth Corbett Jones(1853-1927) . The image measures 8.5x11 inches and is in excellent condition. It has excellent imagery, use of color and fine detail. It is rare to find such paintings with historical difference. The frame appears to be original but has some condition issues, it measures 19.5x17 inches.
