Pretty vintage enameled mesh purse marked \"Elsah\" inside top of frame. Made by Whiting & Davis. Purse is teal, white and rust colored. Purse frame has floral design embossed into it near clasp. Have not attempted to polish metal at all. Some of chain link fringe at bottom is missing. No damage to enameled mesh. Purse is firmly attached to frame. Would display well.Including chain strap and to bottom of fringe is 13.25\" overall. Purse body measures 7\" long (not including chain and fringe) and 4.5\" across top clasp.
