This is a lovely 15ct gold English art nouveau circa 1910 brooch with natural seed pearls and the small drop is a peridot, the larger stone appears to be paste. Excellent condition, all original. You could easily add a bale or chain/loops to this to make it in to a pendant. Measures 1.5 inches by 1 inch and weighs 4.4 grams.
