Agreat ART NOUVEAU SPELTER STATUE OR BUSTOF A YOUNG WOMAN MARKED ENID in the French bronze style. This is an older bustand IS NOT A REPRODUCTION. As I peruse art nouveau items weekly I have yetto see this particular bust offered. It is unusual to find such a detailedrealistic face on these art nouveau items with the ORIGINAL PATINA. That beingsaid, this truly is a great art nouveau item with classic art nouveau lines. Themetal is spelter with a green and brown original patina. If you are looking fora different type of art nouveau item for your collection or a stand alonedecorative arts piece, this would be a great addition to your home especiallyat this price. I will let you judge from the photographs. The lady measuresapproximately 10 inches tall and the base is approximately 3 inches square, soI would consider this a mid-size bust. We were told years ago that this bustwas a Villanis when we bought it but I don’t think so now and I am not tryingto fool any er. It is of similar quality and with that being said, it is agreat bust and the price reflects a great deal.

Condition is as follows:

Excellentto mint condition for its age. There areno chips, cracks or any other damage to the metal. The bust still retains itoriginal finish as noted above!!! Theonly issue is some of the patina is missing as seen in the photographs..
