ARTIST HANDMADE OOAK 1930s PAPIER MACHE-STYLE PLASTIC BASEBALL PLAYER RABBIT:

DESCRIPTION: This is a one-of-a-kind (OOAK) rabbitbaseball player figure that is made in the style of the undressed paper mache rabbits that were made asfigurines and candy containers in the early 1900s to 1930s. It was handmade by a local artist severalyears ago. It is wearing a baseballuniform with a “Hares” patch on the chest standing with a bat, as if waitingon-deck.

MATERIALS: Some type of solid resin or plastic that is texturedand painted to look like old composition or papier mache with glass eyes andcotton clothes

DIMENSIONS: Measures about 9-½ inches tall.

CONDITION: Overall in VERY GOOD CONDITION. The only thing to mention are some light, thin,paint cracks on the back of his neck, which do not affect the display of thisneat figure.

This is a newer, artist-made rabbit thatwill look great in any baseball memorabilia, animal figurine, or candycontainer collection! It will look nice withantique, country, or shabby chic decor! Hemade very few of these, but probably no two look alike.
