Most of the clothes we are selling are vintage and used. Only a few are new but most have been worn so expect some wear. Any flaws or damage will be listed in the description. Most are clean but I would recommend washing them, some have been stored for years. Our measurements are pretty accurate but canvary by ¼”. We take the measurements for your benefit so please check themagainst your own or check them against an item you already own. Even though itis your favorite brand and your size, it may not fit the same!This is a FANTASTIC vintage overcoat or trench coat for Steve Petix shop in Detroit, made in the USA. The union tag indicates it was made between 1948 and 1968. There is no content tag but I believe it is made of 100% Fine Wool. It is a black small Herringbone tweed with black lining. This coat has a button front, a narrow collar with notched lapel, long sleeves with two buttons and a cuff, padded shoulders, two front pockets with flaps, two interior pockets, vented back and it is fully lined. This coat is not marked but fits like a mens size Medium. PLEASE CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS.
Shoulders: 18.5\", Armpit to Armpit: 24\", Sleeve Length (from Shoulder): 25.5\", Length at the Back: 39\". All measurements are taken with the garment laying flat and on the outside. This coat is in excellent vintage condition, NO HOLES, RIPS, STAINS OR REPAIRS. It is a very high quality coat both in material and construction! It comes from a smoke-free home.
