Nace el 7 de febrero de 1980 en Ciudad Habana.Cuba.
En su más temprana infancia forma parte del grupo de Expresión artística espontánea vinculado a la UNESCO con sede en la Quinta de los Molinos y otras, dirigido por la educadora y escritora Rafaela Chacón Nardi y otras personalidades de la cultura . Obtuvo en estos cursos algunas menciones en concursos de dibujo de carácter internacional y exposiciones nacionales.
Se acerca al arte por medio de la ilustración espontánea del mundo animal. A los 10 u 11 años ya muestra dominio del dibujo de los seres vivos de la naturaleza.
Realiza en su adolescencia un curso de aproximación a las Artes Plásticas en el Centro Experimental delas artes visuales José Antonio Díaz Pelaez y otro en el Taller de Manero, acercándose por primera vez en serio al dibujo académico y participando en el primero en pequeñas expo colectivas de la institución con sus compañeros de aula.
Con 20 años ingresa en la Academia San Alejandro y comienza a finales de primer año a producir sus trabajos de dibujo y pintura, pasando en sus manifestaciones artísticas desde el surrealismo y por el Art Nouveau hasta un expresionismo fantástico matizado por las tendencias anteriormente mencionadas y añadiendo la figura humana.
En mi quehacer artístico trato de expresar empleando los medios de la plástica la contradicción presente en la raza humana entre sobrevivir y al mismo tiempo autoagredirse mediante el abuso de la naturaleza con lo que destruye el medio ambiente y en consecuencia La Vida.
En respuesta a esta contradicción ofrezco la generación fantástica de una neogénesis que toma de la fauna lo necesario para una transformación exitosa en un medio en destrucción por la contaminación y el uso desmedido.
Considero que en el camino de realización de estos trabajos hay manifestaciones surrealistas y expresionistas con la impronta afectiva de mi condición latinoamericana que se transmite a los rostros y gestos de las criaturas.
Mi intención es:
Promover la responsabilidad de la conservación de la sociedad y de todas las manifestaciones vitales.
Y ... entrando en comunicación con el espectador, producir un placer estético y espiritual
a medida que me expreso.
